Summary:
The Corpse Bride is Tim Burton?s latest unique animation film following in the footsteps of the Nightmare Before Christmas. In this film, a young man and woman are facing the unwanted arranged marriage their parents have set up for them. When the man (Johnny Depp) gets scared and runs off into the forest, he accidentally puts the wedding ring on what looks like a random tree root. The root ends up really being the hand of a corpse who takes the gesture to mean that they are now married.

Why You Should See This Movie:
Tim Burton provides another interesting and zany adventure in this animated film. I think fans of Burton?s will appreciate the style and attention to detail he puts in this movie. The animation is excellent and the feel of the film is perfect.

Why You Shouldn't See This Movie:
I did have a few issues with the movie. None of the voices were exceptional, as in other successful animated films like Finding Nemo, or the Lion King. They were all only satisfactory. The story also seemed a bit too simple with no twists at the end or anything extra interesting.

Conclusion:
Fans of Tim Burton will definitely appreciate this film, but I could definitely see how others might not be too impressed.
